We use a range of structured analysis techniques to understand your business, and the management problems you are tackling.  Thorough systems analysis, understood and agreed by the whole project team, provides the foundation upon which strong design and development stand.

After thorough structured analysis of your requirements we use prototyping to encourage rigorous and thoughtful early-stage thinking.  We encourage a high level of interaction with prototypes and feedback during the design process.

Software development

We use best practice software development methods to ensure your system is maintainable for years to come.

Software maintenance

We provide ongoing software maintenance for the systems that we develop allowing any problems to be resolved and minor changes carried out.

We design systems to be maintainable so that they give many years of use to our clients. They are generally used for at least five years. One system has been used for 15 years with upgrades.

Many of our clients say that the continuity of service we provide is invaluable. For instance, if a key user leaves then we can provide training to bring the replacement up to speed.
